Trusted Labour was created from a need to service the blue collar market for labour hire needs in Australia and New Zealand while maintaining minimal overheads to become and remain cost competitive while focusing on understanding our people and clients.

 

TL will leverage its unique gift of building lasting relationships based on trust and conduct its business with openness, honesty and integrity at all times. We will do that by communicating clearly, carrying out everything we say we will do, listening to our workforce and acting on what we hear so that we can bring great people together.

 

TL will create a unique tailored profile on each candidate to be presented to our clients. This TL Profile will replace the traditional CV or resume that is provided by candidates, they can arrive in hundreds of different formats and can be confusing, difficult and time consuming to read. This can be a strong differential point for TL when coupled with our internal rating system, we can provide confidence to our clients that we have done our homework on our candidates and then present them in a useful and meaningful way.
